BOB GOLDMAN
Bob has practiced in estate and tax planning for the past three decades, consistently producing customized philanthropy strategies and quality estate plans for his clients. He has a wealth of experience drafting wills and trusts for clients who want an estate plan that minimizes exposure to estate and income taxes while reflecting the their values toward money, family, and community. Bob has helped to create dozens of public charities and numerous “American Friends” organizations that support global charitable activities. From 1999 to 2008, he served as the founder and principal of Philanthropic Advisors LLC, a subsidiary of his own private practice specializing in advising foundations and individuals on strategic philanthropy. He is a Fellow at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and formerly was Co-chair of the Boston Bar Association Trusts and Estates Section.

ELIZABETH DRAKE
Liz is an associate attorney at Bob Goldman Law. After earning her law degree from Boston College Law School, she has gained broad experience in estate planning, advising young couples and their growing families, as well as high net worth individuals and families looking to preserve generational wealth. She is an active member of the Trusts & Estates section of the Boston Bar Association, the BBA’s tax law updates committee, the Boston Estate Planning Council (BEPC) and the Trusts and Estates Consortium. She served as the T&E liaison to the New Lawyers’ section from 2015 to 2017 and presented on federal tax law updates at the BBA’s Trusts and Estates Year in Review program. Liz lives in Medford with her husband Mike, and their adorable dog, Toby. Her hobbies include baking, reading political biographies, and managing Toby's Instagram account.

Jenna DiPietro
Jenna DiPietro is the estate and trust administrator at Bob Goldman Law LLP. She attended the University of Maine, Orono before graduating from Salem State University with her bachelors in English and Psychology. Before joining the firm in 2014, Jenna worked as a paralegal in a large Boston law firm and owned a personal assistant service. She lives in Swampscott with her young daughter and together they enjoy being outdoors, cooking, reading and caring for their pets as well as fostering for the local animal shelter.
